Its new image gives us the majesty of the deer and harmony with nature, the same with our wine, made mostly with the Tempranillo variety, with different aromas and flavors typical of a cold area and altitude of the vineyard, as is our case together with a

little touch of our syrach and merlot.

Elegant wine, with a not very marked wood, where black fruits predominate, with a touch of red fruits, cocoa and a very nice licorice finish.

 

VISUAL PHASE

Garnet red wine, with a good layer and reflections or shades in the same hue.

 

OLFACTORY PHASE

Powerful, fresh aroma, where black fruit (blackberry, blueberry and plum) is perfectly combined with toasted wood aging. The balsamic tones and the elegance of noble woods (sandalwood) give way to a small sweetness of bitter cocoa, vanilla and caramel, with a very clear finish of licorice, providing great length and power.

 

TASTE PHASE

In the mouth it stands out for its freshness and intensity, a very balanced wine and a smooth mid palate with sweet tannins. Balsamic and very fruity memories.
